This French Toast recipe is easy, quick, and really healthy!
Total time: 15 minutes
1/3 cup of MILK (sub almond milk for Dairy Free)
1/2 teaspoon of CINNAMON
1 1/2 teaspoons VANILLA
4 pieces of BREAD (white or wheat, gf works too)
Step 1: Whisk the eggs until slightly frothy. Add the almond milk, vanilla, and cinnamon. Whisk until well combined.
Step 2: Lightly grease a medium sized frying pan and turn it on at medium heat.
Step 3: While the pan is heating, soak the bread in the egg mixture. (If you like it not as cooked in the middle soak it longer, if you don’t, soak it less long)
Step 4: Place the soaked bread in the hot pan, cook until a dark golden brown
Step 5: Either put chocolate sauce on the top, or put maple syrup on the top, but enjoy
