This “Mouth Watering” cereal is a perfect way to start the morning.
Here is the super easy and quick recipe!
7 ServingsÂ
Total time:Â 15 minutes
3 1/2 cups of oats
1/3 cup of dates or raisins
1/2 cup of almonds & pecans
2 teaspoons of flax
4 drops of stevia
Step 1:put the oats in your storing bowl
Step 2: chop  dates (if you are not into dates raisins would work) put into bowl and mix
Step 3:Â chop your nuts
Step 4:When eating put two teaspoons of flax seed in with your cereal for extra protein and flavor.
Step 5:Add cinnamon to taste.
Step 6:Â Then add 1/2 cup of milk and if you have a sweet tooth i would recommend adding 4 drops of stevia
